Creator submission terms
By submitting a project through our submission form, you agree to the following.
What we accept
We accept a private review link to your project. We do not accept direct video uploads and cannot review executable attachments or other file uploads sent by any other means.
Rights and disclosure
You confirm you hold the rights necessary to submit the project for review, and you disclose any AI-assisted tools used in its creation.
Confidentiality
Submissions, including your review link and any password you provide, are kept private to authorized administrators. We never include review links or passwords in analytics or logs.
Retention
We retain submission records for 12 months from submission, after which they are automatically deleted.
No guarantee of response
Submitting a project does not guarantee a review, selection, or response of any kind.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
